Hello, I have a customer that was looking to add a couple of IP phones to his BCM400. Turns out the customer emailed me the wrong SystemID. He was off 1 digit. This has caused issues with adding the license file. Is anyone here have any input on how to get Nortel(Avaya) to understand the typo and update the file? Thanks, Chris

Have you contacted KRS? They should be able to fix it, although it could be a security issue. Due to it being 1 digit off they should see that it was an accident.

I purchased via another vendor as we are not large enough to be an Avaya dealer. Therefore, I am leaving it up to him to resolve for me. He is stating that they are not allowing it. I am not sure what/who KRS is. Very frustrated with the whole scenario. mad I am not sure if someone else could help push it along, but would be great if you could. smile

If the person you received it from is a AVAYA BP he should be able to resolve it for you.

They claim to be a partner. I am starting to wonder now. Do you think they would allow me to call and make the change? What info would they need?
