Hi, I am trying to configure our Intertel Axxess system to allow for a second line to open up when a user receives another call. Currently it will go straight to voicemail instead of ringing in. I changed the forwarding path options to ring principal once so now they will get one ring and then go to voicemail. I know there is a setting somewhere that will allow it to ring like normal on a second line before transferring to VM but I can't seem to find it. If anyone knows can they point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Uncheck the busy condition in the user's forwarding path.

Uncheck Ring Principal Once and use No Answer instead.

If I set No Answer to "no" then will it ever get transferred to voicemail?

It will never get to voice mail if No Answer is set to "no", unless DND, Busy, or Immediate, for that matter, are set to "yes".
