Hi All

I have a client with a Panasonic TX-NCP 500 which has issues. Basically all keysets have blank screens and the only lights on CCU are, RUN - solid green, Alarm - solid red. and on both the DLC cards the status light is flashing red.

Tried re-booting without success.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks
