Is that done in programing or on the phones themselves or is he mistaken about the hands free answer. If its on the phones what model the BIS phones? I tried the HFI button and it didn't work had to pick up hand set. Thanks

bditech Member Joined: May 2007 Posts: 426 Central In.	I'm Sorry didnt say it right. When you intercom an ext.the ext. will beep then you can have a conversation. I'm not sure if the Merlin 820 will do that he said it use to. Thanks
