I'm trying to rout a sip trunk to play proper greeting in a multi tenant site. I have changed settings in the menue block and inserted the DID that I recieve from telco without much success. I tried setting it up under Direct Trunk and that did not work. I'm trying to have it route by the DID digits as opposed to the sip trunk number. Because the same sip trunks are used for more than one company.
Any info on this is much appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I went around and set up using ring groups. It would have been interesting if I could have used the DID digits though.
