I have a client with TDA200 and TVA200. Message lamps on a few phones come on and won't go out after checking voicemail. Receptionist is very good technically and knows how to clear extension-extension mw lamps. Recently, when pressing Message button, the display phone doesn't show the extension number which set the lamp. All extension ports are numbered/labeled. Has anyone run across this? Thank you.
