Power glitches during hurricane Sandy has caused STSe flash VM to loose configuration settings. Using computer connection, re-entered Open/close, number plan, and Auto Attendant settings. Mailbox Assignment data looked ok. System appears to be directing call to VM, but get message "If you have mailbox on system press #...." pressing # gets another messaage saying not a valid entry. Also, trying to review greetings, dial 440, *#00 and get same messages. All CO and station settings looked ok. I am missing something somewhere, Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Try resetting the voice mail using the reset button on the card. If that doesn't fix it...you need to reinitialize it.

Thank you for the help. The reset button didn't help, but reinitilize and entering the configuration data worked.
