I would talk to tech support to see if they have heard of this before, but I would say you have a bad voicemail.

Now the hard part, if this is a very recent install you might get a new processor, if not MAYBE you distributor would loan you one or maybe you would just have to out of pocket one OUCH.

Your new trunk provider probably doesn't send any type of disconnect signal after the initial ring before forwarding the call.

Test disconnect signal by placing a call on one the systems lines 70,702,etc, tell whomever you call that you'll be putting them on hold, and that they should count to ten and hang up. Once you put them on hold, start counting until the line key light goes out on your phone. If you count higher that 20 or so, you're not getting a disconnect signal, or at least not one the VM recognizes.

If you're hearing reorder tone if you pick up a 'forwarded', try activating tone check on the trunks involved.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

The way to see what's happening is to look at the voicemail status screen while calling in after you have forwarded the line.I can almost guarantee you what I said above is happening and you're getting the no input destination from the voicemail after it
Answers the call
Plays the greeting
Possibly repeats the greeting 1 or 2 times if you didn't change it
Goes to no input destination

If you don't believe me,set the lines to ring a phone or group and then forward the calls.I bet it will ring the station or group.

set auto attendant to hangup on no response in night mode. also i think they have a CO rings to answer setting bump it out so the system will ignore the telco's 1st ring. if the co lines don't have caller id make sure you turn it off in programming.
some carriers don't do a true divert but they do a short FNA timer that will get you a ring burst. COD timers vary form carrier to carrier check with the new carrier and see what they are sending. last time i looked Samsung defaulted at 700ms.

Try the CO SUPV TM in MMC503 to 40 ms, you're system don't pick up the disconnect.

how did you fix it? i have a customer whit a 7200s that is doing some thing very close to what you where having. calls come in hit the aa rings a group and then some on form that group answers and the other phones on that group keep rining.other times you go to answer a call and all you get in the ringing, they can hear you but all you get is ringing. this does not happen every time only once in a while
