I have an Axxess system where the user wants to forward a live inbound call to an external phone number. When I test this procedure, while I'm on a call and press the transfer key on the display, the option is displayed for an outside number. When I choose that option it says it's a reserved feature. What do I need to do to make this work??

So is this a feature that Inter-Tel would have to activate or is it activated within programming somewhere?
