System is v4.63 7100
ITool is the only way I can get file control to connect.
Runing IT v1.53c
DM is 4.60f and when I run file control it scrolls forever during the request stage. It opens when I am not connected to the 7100.
Running applications from Win7Pro, logged in as admin user. Right clicking and 'running as admin' makes no difference.

This is due to your java version.
You will find you have java v7 installed.
You will have to remove this and install java V6 before it will work.
