I have a IP6000 installed on an NEC PBX and I was able to log into the phone and adjust the digit map so I can call out.

However, my customer frequently calls into conference bridges and has to dial an access code. Once you dial out on the Polycom there is no DTMF sent.

They also have to dial access codes to dial long distance.

I have tried deleting the digit map and setting it to just "x", but I am not sure how to get DTMF to pass through afdter the call is connected.

I tried to follow the advice here: https://community.polycom.com/t5/Vo...r-when-Off-Hook-or-on-2nd-Call/td-p/4233

But to no avail.

Anyone have a simple solution?

After a tech support call to NEC they have determined I need to upgrade the IPL-A card in the pbx to an IPL-B card.
