Looks white to me. I know ITT used to put the color code in the part number, but I don't know how NT did it.

Like most Ebay auctions, the seller has posted lots of nice photos, but left out the crucial one. The one photo that we need to see is the other end of the box, where the color code is stamped. It could be white, but I'm guessing maybe ash or gray. Gray would be very interesting to collectors, since that color in Western phones was MD's in 1976, and continues to be a popular and rare color.

Seller says that they are color suffix "-61" which is gray. Model number is 567, which ISTR is a data service set. No big deal for a collector, since the wiring is almost the same as a 565 for 1A2.
