If it's not on and I don't want to take the call it just rings and rings. If I hit the hold button it turns on DND but still the phone continues to ring. What is ECS? Rich

Spoke to my lead tech, and even if you have it programmed as Quick Forward to VM, it is not something you can do on the fly, like you can with a cell phone. Sorry. This feature wasn't available for the ADIX or VS. Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
