I having a serious brain fade. I have a customer that had programing changes done to their phone system (SX200EL) but when phones were changed they were swapped in prgramming and 3 sub-attendant phones added (all 4150). They now have 11 subs and over half of the details are wrong.

I forget how to verify the hold slot numbers (11n, 12n, 13n, etc.) I thought you answered a call on a sub, place the call on a hold position and then press the Page softkey but the Page softkey isn't showing up.

What am I forgetting?

Are you only having this issue on the new subs or all subs? Are all the subs in the same COS?

I have one silly question: Are you using transparent multi-console operation?

And when you changed to 4150s, did you delete the old station completely in form 9, then re-add the station as set type = 430S? Remember that set type must be programmed before programming the set itself.

Make sure that you have options 211, 225 enabled on the SUBS COS as well as 303-312 set respectively.
On all COS's that have phones that will be picking up the calls make sure you have option 225 enabled.
