Hi Folks, Have a Keyvoice 11.1 (Rhetoric) that when attempting to transfer out to FXII 17 (I think) hangs up after several seconds. The calling party hears a tone(dtmf) just prior to the disconnect. This occurs from mailbox and ACD(Customer SVC). Any thoughts? TY, Gary

Did this work before? What changed? Check your ports to make sure they're still designated voicemail ports.
