I recently moved into a new job and my network phone does not ring. I can place calls from the phone but when any incoming calls come in the other 4 network phones ring but mine will not and the call cannot be answered. I would appreciate any help on this issue.

If I use intercom function from admin phone my phone will ring. Somehow there is a block on this phone receiving outside calls. I'm about to pull my hair out!!!

Either the phone is not a member of the hunt group, or it is not logged in.

I would try feature code 323, which is the default code for Hunt Group Replace. If that doesn’t work, it’s time for tech support.

That did the trick!!!! Always has to be something simple to cause the biggest headache. I really want to thank you for your time

The phone did this again, I had saved this thread for such an emergency but what is causing the phone to do this from time to time?

Dialing the feature code 322 or 324 by mistake, by not pressing a line key or call key when dialing outbound calls.

There is a programming option to require pressing the Special key for feature code access, which I always enable.

That makes perfect sense as 324 is a common prefix here.
