Hey guys i have a customer with a sonic wall TZ100 and he does not know his log in and pass word can anyone give me any advice so i can assist him with getting this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to pay for the help if i need to I know yall time is valuable just as mine is thanks

Well after further investigation today come to find out the customer has 4 differnt networks running at that location and i have decided to just add a seperate router and that will make it to do what he needs to do i will update after we get it up and running thanks for getting back to me I would like to learn more about the Sonic wall units

if they lost their login/pw and it's not the default, you're going to have to reset it back to factory. dont sweat it though, they're very easy to configure.
