When I access the personal options for a phone, it doesn't give me an option to record the name. Again I am missing something simple, but I have been through two different manuals plus the quickstart guide and I cant see it. Thanks for any response. ted

I did try dialing 563 it gave me a beep and I recorded my name but it didn't come up on the directory so I am not sure where that one went but I think this will work and then after we record the names I will restrict admin.
