I am trying to change the ALS on a 9508 phone. I check the ALS modify box and then I do a clear ALS and then I cick on the Intercom 1, Intercom 2 then I click on apply and then save immediately. All is good, but when I go back and lift the handset on that extesion it still grabs co line 1. I go back and check the ALS and it has gone back to Line 1 Line 2 Intercom 1 Intercom 2 Not sure why Help

What release (I see R8 from another thread) and what version??? Sounds like basic?

What happens if you only select Icom 1 or Icom 2 and not both?

What happens if you program ALS from Ext. 10 instead of through Manager?

Well I have tried only 1 Intercom and saving it, but it still goes back to the default ALS.

I have not tried to program it from Ext. 10 , but I will try that tomorrow. Thanks

I have programmed the ALS from ext. 10 and it works, but then if I do a merge or immediate reboot it takes all the phone ext. back to the default for ALS. Line 1, Line 2
What else could be wrong? Help please. Thanks
