We have a new customer that wanted us to check out their system. The front phone has a message of "No Connection ICO39-101.07A" on the display. I've searched through this forum and it looks like it is either a dead system or lost software license. What can I do to put software license back on?
Thanks!

Only the one phone, or all phones?
