Hello,
I added a ESI8 ext. board in slot 5 of the ksu. Also added the 25pr connector to the 66 block.
When I plug a phone in I get a quick (initiallizing) on the phone display then blank and that's all. The phone buttons simply beep when pushed.

Thank you for your help

Depending on the system type you have to add the card in MB 7-1. Or it could be a licensing issue. Or you ports may not be numbered.

Depending on the CPU, it may need to added. What CPU do you have?

Sounds like you have the card installed, but now you need to add the card in program 7-1 and program the new ports in 4-10 and 4-12.

Thanks Drpbx and doghart,
I'll go to the site and get the cpu version.
Is this a physical card to purchase, or find the program manual and enter the new ext's via the phone on ext#101.
