I have a customer that has a 7200s system with 16dli card and 8 combo.intermitently either of the 2 front desk phone users (DS21 Btn)complain that when the try to take a caller off of hold,the caller ends up over the speakerphone and they can't get them off speaker.so the end up having to hangup and call back. i have tried swapping sets,and moving users to different ports on the cards.this seems to work for awhile then trouble returns.I have not been able to re-create issuse. the users do have Headsets with auto lifters under the handsets.these seem to be functioning normally. it also does not seem to be a user issuse as they put people on/off hold all day.

What type of trunks and what software version is the system. It seems to me this has been brought up in previous post here before.

they have regular analog trunks. the software is 4.60b
