I have an Inter-tel GLX Plus with the APM board allowing 6 lines and 2 analog extentions. We only have 4 inbound CO lines to the system and have been using lines 1,2,3,4. We had a close lightning strike and after that lines 1,2,3 would not work. When I turn the system off and back on, I hear a relay latch in and does not unlatch and I hear a dial tone on lines 1,2,3 but the lines soon give the warning "hang up and dial again" so I know the co lines are good but the relay will not release. Could it be the 6 pin dip IC with numbers H11aa1 39096 on it that is bad and pulling the relay in? If so, were can I get the parts? I moved co lines 1,2 to the 5,6 input and those lines work now, but line 3 still does not work.

It sounds like the CO module got hit by the lightning. I would suggest just replacing the main system. Many places sale them, to include off ebay. You can then insert your APM module and should be up and working. Your choice of things to do, might fix the problem, but if it does not, you are out that money and still with a partial working system.
