We are currently running an Axxess 8.0 system. Today I took a look in our ICP Freeze Msg Print Logs and found some stuff that doesn't make sense to me. I am seeing a reoccurance of this:
M3501 INF EG CP System OAI Level 2 (@**18) Socket Thread Started From IP Address (the IP is stated)
*** SYSOAI CMD: Command Error
*** SYSOAI CMD: Command Error
*** SYSOAI CMD: Command Error
*** SYSOAI CMD: Command Error
IP (IP is stated): SYSOAI CMD: Query ACD or UCD Hunt Group Command: Affected Extension Parameter Invalid/Incomplete. Affected Extension = '2913'

Has anyone seen this before? Can you tell me if it's something I need to fix in a hunt group? It does this for 2 other extensions, and the IP addresses it lists are our call center machines. I'm :bang: with this one, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Samantha

What OAI apps do you have running on yer call center computers? It sounds like the app(s) you're running aren't playing nice w/ the OAI stream of the PBX. Is there some specific problem you are experiencing?

Both call center computers run Inter-Tel Attendant Console Version 3.3.0.0.
But wouldn't this be happening with more than just 3 numbers if it was that?
The weird thing is, is that we haven't shown any problems that I know of, or have been notified of, but if I check the error logs this error happens all day long, numerous times. I just don't want it to turn into something bigger.
Here are some maps of a couple of the problem numbers...
Extension 1403-->Forwarding Path 124-->extension 1900-->Application 2516-->Voicemail box 2403

Application 2913-->Hunt group 2907-->extension 1436-->Application 2537-->Voicemail box 2937

Does anything look fishy? Am I just being a worry wart and this is nothing, just a fluke?

Thanks for your help!
Samantha
