We are having a problem on a specific station that every time the help desk extension is called from speaker phone you cannot hear the other person, and the other person cannot hear you when the call is answered. If you put the call on hold and come back to it, it's fine, or if you call from the handset it's fine. (the help desk is an application that goes to a hunt group with hunt group member lists in it to ring the IT dept. all at once)
I have tried replacing the phone, defaulting the phone, and checked the flags on the phone with one that can dial the help desk while on speaker.
The weird thing is, is that the person can call other applications set up exactly like the help desk just fine. It only seems to be this one, but other people can call it on speaker phone without problems.
Ideas anyone... help

How did you default the phone? Does this phone have the headset flag enabled? I guess if all else fails you could change the port. Just some ideas.

I defaulted by using the feature code 394 from that station. I've checked the headset flag and that's not it either.

Try feature code 317 from the phone just to be sure.
