Hi Have OS7030 v4.60b. Setup as follows. 3 x analogue trunks. Ring at group 500 for 12 sec next port to voicemail. No entry/invalid group 501 same extention. Ring 12 sec next port voicemail.Setup trunk forward to read group 501 and go to new menu with no entry/invalid group 502.Ring 12 sec next port voicemail. Trunk forward reads group 502 and goes to mailbox. Everything works fine if this circle is completed. Call goes to voicemail and message left. Problem is when caller hangs up after first message answered. It goes through circle but when it reaches mailbox the engage tone has stop and only silence on line. Cause mailbox to hold line busy forever. Any help please

Why not setup the overflow from 500 to 501, then 501 to 502, then 502 to Voicemail. Then in menu forward 502 to it's mailbox? This will eliminate the call being hung if someone hangs up. Is there a reason you are using the vm to go to next group?

In loop trunk data 2.6.5 turn on tone check, and in system options 2.1.5 enable loop trunk tone disconnect. This will disconnect the call when it hears engaged tone.
