I have a Partner ACS with a Voice Messaging PC card. I'm not sure of the version because it's someone that called us out of the blue. Installer retired. Anyway, box 2 which is assigned to ext 11 says its full. She has no messages in there and I reset the mailbox. Still says you can't leave a message because that mailbox is full. Any help?

Thanks TTT. Are you talking the whole system or just the voicemail. I know how to set the system to factory default but not the voicemail.

You might try doing a system reset (pull the plug) first. Somebody will have to PM you with how to default the VM card. Can't discuss that here in public.

Something you may want to check before you default, is to make sure there isn't a MB on the system has a bunch of new or old messages that is hogging up the storage time.

This VM has a very limited storage.
