I have a UNI card on a new v4.65 that seems to keep going to sleep. It has a digital card, analog card and CO card on it. All the lights go orange and the phones go blank.
The alarm log is empty and if I do a card reset in software it doesn't do anything. It says it's running.
A reboot brings it back online for a week or so but then it goes to sleep again.
Whaddya think, before I call tech support? Bad UNI card?

Could be a bad UNI Card or a bad slot in the cabinet. Have you tried it in a different slot? Have you tried changing out the DLI or another module card with a new one? They could be causing a short if possible.

Very likely a power supply issue. Since this post was 8 years ago... that power supply would have failed by now.
