I made the changes to the vodavi system and called charter to ask about the features on our lines. I found out that line 1 was setup to go straight to voicemail if busy. I had them change it to forward to line 2 when busy and now everything is working perfectly. Thanks for the help and guiding me through this, I really appreciate it!
