Added a new peripheral bay. Programming shows ok in config, but doesn't show installed cards. Form 53 ok.

form 1, did you configure the bay type there? form 4 option 133, do you have the proper amount of TDM bays there?

Is it a BCC III? Those are notorious for requiring a long time to boot, and a shutdown while booting can ruin them.
Also, check licenses and purchased options (form 4).

when you install the CIM module the BCCIII can take up to 25 minutes to boot
