Have you ever had it where incoming or internal calls cant be transferred from the Console but can from an Admin extension?

I've Tried:

Replacing the MCC
New Console
Defaulting the System (3 times).

How many digits are the rooms? What happens when you try to transfer? Can you dial the extension from the console?

3 digit extensions. during the active call nothing displays when you type the ext. Number and then release will release the call.

That sounds like a defective console. Can you dial extensions from the console? Does the problem only occur when trying to transfer a call?

So, let me see if I understand this. You have replaced the console, and the Control Card (MCC1 or MCC2.) You moved the console to the PBX console port. Did I miss anything?

When did this occur? Was the console able to transfer at one time? Has anyone done any programming changes?

What Generic is it?

You have replaced the console? Yes

Control Card (MCC1 or MCC2? MCC2

You moved the console to the PBX console port? Yes

When did this occur? 2 weeks ago.

Was the console able to transfer at one time?Yes

Any Programming Changes?: Not that im aware of I looked at a old backup and nothing has changed, Im not sure if there is programming for the console but I've been wrong a lot.

What Generic is it? MS55 G07.8 I'd like to get a hold of Generic MS55 G07.18 though.

I think you may have a corrupted program. Why not reprogram the Commands 100-110? Watch the console, closely, and check before you make the change what the value is.
