hello guys,
have some inquiry. my client's SV8300 system has um8000 but its not working. i think there is a license port issue.
They have also old version of BusinessConnect 4.5 and configured answered directly by operator. No HMP.
They want to have a welcome message while calling their line. Which is the best solution I can provide them?

By 'welcome message' do you mean an auto attendant? Thank you for calling blah blah blah? Or are you referring to MOH?

Or are you referring to MOH? it's an auto attendant message/ waiting message. let say that the functionality of SV8100 VRS Queue Message is required for SV8300... if i call the line, it should play the company message while it rings the operator. thanks

The VRS feature is available on SV8300 R8 along with version 8 feature license. Not sure how it would integrate with BCT.
