Hello,
I have been working on a Neax 2000 IPS system at a hotel, the management have asked me to give them a key on the 2 front phones that dial out to a long distance number...This is the sequence they are wanting...

1. Answer Incoming call
2. Hit transfer on phone
3. Hit button with # programmed
4. Hang up transfered call

I have tried creating a system, and station speed dial key and I can't get it to work with transfer, also I tried creating a ghost ext, of 7121 and making that a hotline ext, that forwards to a outside number, and that way I just transfer to that extension #. Can't seem to program this the correct way...If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...I am also not sure if I have hotline programmed correctly either. Well thanks fellas for all info.

Can you manually transfer to an outside number?

Is trunk to trunk enabled in CM 360?

What he said.

Also, if you push the Station Speed Dial, does it work?
If they dial Transfer, System Speed Dial FAC, Bin #, release does it work?

Did you enable blind transfers?

Manual does work...

If they dial Transfer, System Speed Dial FAC, Bin #, release does it work? Nope, doesn't work...

Also, if you push the Station Speed Dial, does it work? Not sure tried only station, because was putting on multiple phones.

Did you enable blind transfers? Blind Transfers work...

Try Cmd 08 de 405

Consecutive speed dialing when making ISDN call. if set wrong it will prevent blind transfers!
