I recorded 2 messages and i want to play the message to the 1st ring plan and the second to the 2nd ring plan. How can i program them?

put message in there and with options to send what ever extn or groups you need when done that in ring group options put in v/m group etc 509

a little involve.

in 406 send each ring plan to a seperate station group
in 601 get each get each station group to fwd to the aa (509) after 1 second, place a virtual analogue into the group so that it doesnt ring anywhere

go the the vm
open block table
menu
create 2 new menus e.g menu 501, 502
now goto fwd station
goto translation table

add your to new groups to the table then select goto menu and the new menu you created for them.

then go back to menu
and select your new menus
in prompts add a new prompt number eg 1001, 10002
set up the other translates generally for a night message you translate everything to bye so it hangs up correctly.

now simply call the mailbox and record your prompts.

Presto all done..
