I have a user that keeps receiving calls that are destined for another department. I am using taske to report on it and am only able to see that the callers are hitting my company directory before they are wind up at this user. Is there a way that allows me to see what digits were collected to bring the caller to that person?

If you're talking about watching it live, you can go to your Axxessory Talk console and run AvdapMon.

Are there any logs that save the keystrokes? Customers are typing something in strange while in the company directory and I need to see what it is.
The thing is that the problem doesn't happen all the time and I can't watch Avdapmon all the time.
