Need to know how to send a caller directly to an EXT's Voicemail.
Customer wants to be able to call AA and dial * (or some other key) then any EXT number to leave a MSG in that Mailbox directly.
In-mail could do this by setting a dial action key to Recording 1 and the destination to IXXX.
Can this be done in the UM8000?

When the user logs into their mailbox there is a option to leave a message

I've always use Dial ext # + 2, but I think any digit pushed after you dial the ext # will result in the call going directly to VM box.
