So the other thread was my asking about voicemail boxes and all your help was great. I was able to see what version the church was on (5.0) and that their small voicemail was the cause of the user's voicemail login not working (he would be box #5, found out sm vm only has 4 boxes) Any issues with just swapping cards, reassigning voicemail boxes to extensions and re-recording greetings? Can a v5.0 take a large vm. Seems to be so many little things that are dependent on other things. How hard is it to upgrade 5.0 to 6.0 so that they might be able to call forward out to a cell phone number? Thank you very much in advance!! I'm volunteering my time and efforts to my church so I appreciate any and all help! Jeff

Yes you can use the large PC card VM. I can help you with upgrading the 5 to a 6, just PM me if interested.
