Hi Can someone please help, 1 of our tech's has left but he has changed all the IT passwords, is there a way we can get it back to default I currently have a 7070 on my bench that I need to upgrade software currently v4.46e but cant get in using IT and default password, any help please

Try contacting your local samsung support.
Otherwise you will have to default the system and reprogram

Hi, I have defaulted system, even defaulted to another country but still IT does not allow me access with default password, I can however get into mmc, as this password is now default, its just IT that keeps on saying incorrect password, Is there no quick way to get that password back to default?
