Can anyone help with clearing the tech passcode, only issue is we dont have the customer passcode either.

If you do then you can change the tech/customer passwords.
Otherwise call Plant Comms and see if they will tell you how to reset it.

Don't know who Plant Comms is, but I've had the backdoor for years, thought most everyone did.

Plant communications is the samsung distributor (and tech support/repairer) for australia, fiji and papua new guinea.
As the user is from Australia I distressed they contact them
