So, I have a customer who just bought a Partner messaging module on Ebay to replace his defective unit. Problem is ,the admin password has been changed. How can I re-initialize the unit? Thanks in advance.

You'll need to know what release it is then the mods from the Avaya section can call into it and reset the password and fyi there may be a charge for this as I know I charge to do it. You can pass the charge on to the customer in many cases.
