chuck Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 157 Port Orange, FL, USA	So, I have a customer who just bought a Partner messaging module on Ebay to replace his defective unit. Problem is ,the admin password has been changed. How can I re-initialize the unit? Thanks in advance. - Chuck

dtmf RIP Admin Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 7,350 SLC, Utah (801-562-5576)	You'll need to know what release it is then the mods from the Avaya section can call into it and reset the password and fyi there may be a charge for this as I know I charge to do it.
