Never heard of an ACS 5X7....... lol smile.
The ACS R.6 and later will do (RCF) remote call forwarding..... is that what your lookin for or are you needin trunk to trunk transfer?

We use RCF with our R 7.
F11 (ext #), personal speed dial #.

i found a r7 cd manual and it had rfc in it but that seems to be an auto forward and this customer wants to have the ability to transfer an answered call to an outside number like a cell phone. i dont see anything about trunk to trunk in this manual.

No trunk to trunk transfer on an "ad hoc" basis, just extensions forwarded to specific numbers. Maybe see if the telco would offer "Call Transfer with Disconnect", a typical Centrex feature but ala carte

If you RCF ext 10', it will frd to a off prem #. We do this with our office when no is in.
Other ext must be transferred to, but not ext 10 that will frd when any number it ans is callrd

sounds like i can have one extension that doesnt ring forwarded to an outside number, and if they transfer a call to that ext it should ring the outside number. does that sound workable. thanks dave

If they transfer to a ext, it can be transferred to a out side number
