Nortel reception position, transfers a caller and intermittently receives a message that states 'no party to connect'. Has anyone experienced this and what is causing it. Thanks

Either of the two receptionists is attempting to transfer a call. They claim that this occurs from either phone, in no particular pattern, on no particular line, either by using a DSS key on the console or pressing transfer and the extension number. I will be going out there in about an hour to duplicate it myself. Just thought that I would ask for some direction before going on site.

So Feature 70 then. Some things to try....
-Make sure they have 2 Intercom keys.
-Reboot system
-Reboot vmail too is call came in via AA.
If using Transfer Button then have them try Softkey on the Display instead to see if helps ....normally a fix the other-way around.
-If still persists then could be software corruption, a STARTUP is in order in that case.
