Hi,
I am trying to backup contents of SVMI-20E. any idea?
I heard I could FTP to SVMI-20E. Then copy all contents to local hard drive. How to configure the FTP conection? Thanks.

If i remember correctly do a shutdown from Hyperterm (you can only do a shutdown when connected SIO not IP) and once its at the command prompt you can FTP Into it.

Go to the Main Menu of the 20E. Go to Back-up Restore. Then go to Ftp. That turns on the FTP server. Then with your FTP client, access the system.

go with phonman123's method, i left out one step on mine which was to change the date to a certain year in the VM. Keep in mind that while you are doing this the voicemail is down. It usually takes about 15 minutes depending on messages and prompts, if you don't need them delete the spanish and french folders in the prompt folder first to save 10 minutes.
