Is it possible to retrieve(view)the PRI Key Code? WE have systems that we have taken as trade-ins with the T1 cards and 6-port Combo cards still in place. One we installed, but the technician/office didn't keep the information and the other we didn't install, we just took over the maintenance. It would be nice if we could offer the system for re-sell as long as we have access to the key codes.

You can get the info from the Avaya KRS system then print/save it.

I do not believe you can reuse the key code tho

You can as long as system ID is same, if not then a ticket put in to have a new one generated.
