I work on SV8100,but have question on Ux5000&Aspire phone set. model:IP1NA-12TXH TEL.this phone set has 10 button above of those 12 led key. How to make those buttons to work as one touch key or do something else like speed dial key.this phone set is connect to UX5000 system right now.

SO got a question for you, What are your thoughts on the UX5000? Since you come from knowing the SV8100. Are there anythings you wish it had that the SV has? anything that annoys you about it versus the SV?
I ask as many people that came from the Nitsuko side of the house don't like a few things (I will leave them off of here as not to bias your response)

so far I service 2 UX5000,only one of them v 3.has some issue on vm.
feature sid e to me both system are pretty much identical.
