Hi Panasonicans,

Our company has recently introduced the Panasonic line to our product line and I installed a TDA-30 as my first system. Everything went well with the exception of there is an extra 1 placed in the incoming caller ID display. (ex: 11444-555-6666)

On the Samsung systems this is the country code. On the Samsung I can go in and delete the Country Code digit to remove it from incoming Caller ID. If I don't this causes issues to trying to make calls from the Call Log and storing numbers to speed dial.

I looked within the Panasonic system but could not find the same kind of parameter. Could anyone give me some insight to this issue? Is it an issue like it is with Samsung systems?

In the TDA50 Console it's under GROUP/TRUNK GROUP/CALLER ID.
