Does anyone have experience of the Mitel conference saucer (50004459) connected to a Mitel 5330 IP Phone? We have several of these in our meeting rooms and the audio quality through the saucer is worse than through the phone speaker.
We were beginning to wonder if the PoE switch that is powering the phone is not supplying enough current to run the phone & saucer?
Would welcome any comments
Thanks
Cammy

Yes, I have seen these in the field before. I have never experienced audio quality issues with them. It is not likely that POE is the cause for your issue. The POE draw on a Mitel phone even with conf. saucer is very low, and POE issues would cause the phone to power off.
Mitel, Samsung, CTP+ and A+ Certified.
