When a call comes in our operator transfers the call to the appropriate customer service person. While the customer service person is on the line their line is lit up on the operators station indication the line is busy. However whenever a customer service rep places a call on hold the light on the operator's station is no longer lit up and it appears that station is not busy. Is there a way to make that light stay lit even when the call is put on hold?
Thanks for the help.

What system are you talking about?
It sounds like your referring to the DSS button that shows the station is in use. And your right, when the station puts a call on hold and hangs up the phone, that DSS button will go out. But without knowing what you got, im guessing.
Here is another guess on a fix. When the station puts the call on hold, have them set the handset down next to the phone, dont hang it up, this will show the station is still in use on the DSS.

Oops, I forgot to include that. It is an Axxess 9.006 system and she is using the DSS console. Your solution did the trick. Thanks for the help.
