I have a CIX 670 with an IES32. The IES32 failed. I sent it off for repairs. After I shipped it, I attempted to install an LVMU, this did not work. At that point I made the slot empty. (Slot 8) Upon arrival this morning with the IES I attempted to reinstall and got an error message. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Are you assigning the slot as a BDKU/BDKS? Is this slot 8 of the base or expansion cabinet? How many ports is the ies32?
